    Meet Our Founders

    Itumeleng Stephen

    Itumeleng Stephen is the Founder & CEO of Tsayakgato Group (Pty) Ltd. With over two decades of experience in diverse sectors, including mining (Lonmin, now Sibanye Stillwater, Eastplats Crocodile River Mine), Khulisa Social Solutions, SANCA, and training (Agisanang, PGSI, Gateway City College, Giamanje TVET), Itumeleng is a highly skilled and experienced professional. He is a registered Services SETA Assessor, in Business Administration & New Venture Creation.

    His key accomplishments and experience among others include:

    • Helped trained 250 unemployed youth in Ekurhuleni on New Venture Creation through a University of Johannesburg & Services SETA funded program.
    • Empowering over 600 learners to make positive choices and avoid drugs through community development initiatives with SANCA and Khulisa.
    • Delivering technical and theoretical training to Eskom, Northam, WBHO,Stefanutti Stocks and other leading companies through AgisanangSA.

     

    • Trained by A Game Consulting on Key Business development Strategies, Sponsored by MacRobert Attorneys
    • Trained by JoyMoh Solutions on Business Success, Scaling and Sustainability sponsored by Corobrik through Enterprise and Supplier Development.
    • Professionally trained by AVENG GRINAKERLTA on tendering and key construction business concepts, sponsored by Ekurhuleni Economic Development.
    • Former mentor at the Mentor A Boy Child program, fostering healthy masculinity in young boys.
    • Whilst at Khulisa, elected Deputy Secretary of Local Drug Action Committee in Victor Khanye Local Municipality in 2012.
    • Elected Deputy Secretary, then later Public Relations Officer of Ekurhuleni Black Business Chamber of Commerce and Industry(EBBCCI) for 2017.

    Thandazile Chiliza

    Thandazile is also co founder of Tsayakgato. She has been overseeing financial and marketing activities of Tsayakgato since its inception, liaising with company’s accountants. She is a qualified Radiographer with over two decades of experience in the primary health care, occupational health and compiling audits. She brings wealth of management experience having worked at Brits Hospital, Jakaranda Hospital, Alberlito Hospital, On Site Occupational Health X Rays and lately Germiston Medicross. She holds B Rad degree from Medunsa(Now Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences) and series of online certificates.
